What's New

The latest features, improvements and integrations shipped to ForumScout

Improvement

Improved Automation Credit Usage and Warnings

We've adjusted how automation credits are used: they're now consumed when a reply is generated, not just when it's posted. This provides a clearer picture of your credit usage. Additionally, the automation setup now includes warnings if you haven't set target criteria, helping you avoid unintended broad responses. You'll also see suggestions for daily reply limits based on your monthly credit allowance.

Feature

Automated Reply Management and Scheduling

We've rolled out a new 'Replies' page where you can review, edit, schedule, and approve AI-generated replies before they go live. This gives you full control over your automated responses, ensuring they align with your brand voice and strategy. You can also see the status of all your replies at a glance and take bulk actions.

Improvement

Stricter AI matching for automation target criteria

We've refined the AI's understanding of your automation target criteria. It will now be much more conservative, only matching posts that are a clear, unambiguous fit. This means fewer irrelevant posts will be flagged for automated replies, helping you maintain higher quality interactions.

Feature

Filter scout results by language

We've added a new language filter option to your scout configurations. This lets you specify which languages you want to include or exclude from your scout results. It's useful for focusing on specific markets or avoiding irrelevant content.

Feature

Edit and Delete Reddit Replies

We've added the ability to edit and delete your Reddit replies after you've posted them through ForumScout. This means you can correct typos, refine your message, or remove a reply if needed, all without leaving the app. Just click the 'Edit' or 'Delete' option on your posted reply.

Feature

Markdown Formatting for Reddit Replies

When crafting replies for Reddit, you now have a convenient markdown toolbar right in the editor. This makes it simple to add bold text, italics, strikethrough, and bulleted lists to your comments, helping you communicate more effectively and clearly on Reddit.
