The latest features, improvements and integrations shipped to ForumScout

Improvement

Improved AI Filtering with Author Headlines

When available, the AI will now take into account the author's headline (e.g., their job title or professional role) when evaluating posts against your criteria. This is particularly useful for platforms like LinkedIn, allowing for more nuanced and accurate filtering based on the author's professional context. You'll also see these author headlines displayed on post cards.

Feature

Multiple Webhooks for Scouts

We've added support for multiple webhooks per scout. This means you can now configure different webhooks for various purposes or teams, all tied to a single scout. You'll see an updated webhook status summary on your scout page, showing how many webhooks are configured and enabled.

Improvement

More nuanced AI replies for community engagement

We've refined the instructions for our AI when it drafts replies to community posts. The goal is to make these replies sound more like a genuine community member and less like a salesperson. This means the AI will now focus on being helpful and technical, mentioning your brand more subtly, and avoiding direct website links or overly promotional language. We've also added a guideline to make replies more concise and to-the-point, skipping conversational fluff.

Improvement

Improved Automation Reply Management

You can now select which Reddit account an automation uses to post replies directly from the automation settings. We've also added a clearer overview of your automation replies, showing pending, published, and rejected counts for each automation. Plus, you can now reorder your automations with a simple drag-and-drop.

Feature

Use Scout AI Filters in Automations

Automations can now leverage the AI filters you've already set up within your scouts. This means you don't have to duplicate targeting criteria. Simply toggle on 'Use scout AI filters' when setting up an automation, and it will automatically apply the scout's AI filter to determine which posts to respond to. If a scout doesn't have an AI filter, your automation's custom target criteria will be used as a fallback.

Feature

New 'Replies' page for managing AI-generated responses

Now you have a central place to manage all AI-generated replies. The new 'Replies' page lets you easily review responses, make any necessary edits, and then publish them to the relevant platforms. You can also filter replies by status (pending, scheduled, published, rejected), platform, or even by the specific automation that generated them. This gives you more control and visibility over your automated outreach.
